Hands down the best title company!! They are extremely responsive and are always available when you need them. They will bend over backwards for thier clients and that is hard to find these days.  I've worked with several different title companies in the area and none of them even come close in comparison.  Do yourself a favor use OmniOne Title Services.  You won't be disappointed!! You can ALWAYS count on Jen and Karen to get the job done with professionalism, courtesy, on time, ease AND FUN!
The attached picture is of the buyers, the sellers, the buyer's agent from Miami, the buyer's lender from Miami and myself, listing agent.
The lender from Miami said she had to come to closing to meet  the title folks as she said they are the BEST she has ever worked with.
